1.-You have a strong narrative style, why did you choose to shoot erotic films, instead of more mainstream stuff?
Blaise Christie: I choose to shoot pornographic motion pictures, because they seemed more profitable than independent cinema.
2.-Where do the music of Leonard Cohen and the beliefs of Adolf Hitler collide? It’s very interesting that you are influenced by them.
Blaise Christie: I read a lot of occult and religious books. Adolf Hitler and Leonard Cohen’s work fall gracefully into those categories.
3.-You love cars, which ones make you wet?
Blaise Christie: I like American muscle cars. The new Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro are pure perfection.
4.-What does a girl needs to become part of your filmmaking? They really show emotional and acting skills in the electrofilm episodes.
Blaise Christie: A female just needs to have a nice pair of tits and a tight cunt to be in my motion pictures.
5.-You have a very spiritual background. In your opinion, why are we (as humans) so afraid to mix sex and religion?
Blaise Christie: Most traditional religions were created to install order into society. Therefore sex becomes a goal that one must go through a process to achieve. When one has total freedom and disregards religious rules, one can then skip the traditional process. When old tradition transforms itself into new tradition, there will always be consumer backlash.

6. - Besides filmmaking, which other arts-hobbies interest you?
Blaise Christie: I play a lot of video games on PS3. Street fighter
4 is my current favorite; I got the limited edition arcade stick also.
7. - When does the Ultra Contra site will be ready?
Blaise Christie: It’s planned to be complete summer 09.
8. - I really see the influence of David Lynch in your films, this paranoid weird feeling that something is going to happen.
How do you prepare for shooting a scene like this?
Blaise Christie: I prepare by letting go and having no expectations.
I allow the scenes to evolve themselves.
9. - Some elements you use in the films are very pop-art (the graphics specially), but they are more than just to adorn,
tell us more please?
Blaise Christie: I really enjoyed Andy Warhol’s work as a child.
I try to incorporate a pop art feel into my work whenever possible.
10. - You use a lot of music to make more dramatic a scene (sometimes up, sometimes down). How do you choose this music?
Blaise Christie: Every film has a different mood. I choose the sound that best fits the image.
