1.-The color man, your pictures have beautiful, vivid, strong colors, where do they come from? You dream about them?
Bob Coulter: Yup straight out of my dreams. Hot models, cool backgrounds, plus I tweak them a bit.

2.-You said that you have been influenced by record covers in your photos, which covers are your favorites?
Bob Coulter: I don’t think I ever said that. I’ve been influenced by music, especially all fucked up in some dirty toilet at some underground club in NYC.

3.-The places you shoot are really awesome, ever occurred to you to make pics without models?
Bob Coulter: The pictures look better with nude women in them.

4.-How do you make porn stars look so powerful, full of energy, like they are amazons?
Bob Coulter: I tell them I love them. Plus all the pictures are for my site CrAZyBaBe, so the chicks have to be amazons (it’s required).

5.-Sorry I don’t know, but do you also paint? Your pictures are sometimes like paintings.
Bob Coulter: I used to, but not any more.

6.-What makes a Crazy Girl? For example Scar 13, it’s a recent one. You tell another story with Janine Lindemulder and so on.
Bob Coulter: I just try and get as much of the models personality to come through as I can. The way to do that is to make sure the models are having fun at the shoot. And they trust what you’re up to.

7.-Which are your main influences?, Your favorite artists?
Bob Coulter: Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop, Bowie

8. - Does something called pornography exists?
Does erotic art really exist also?
Bob Coulter: Whatever, I don’t concern myself with either.
I just shoot what I see and feel, and try and make it rock.

9. - Ever consider shooting In Mexico?
There are a lot of crazy girls and places too.
Bob Coulter: Really, there are crazy girls in Mexico???
Well in that case I’d love to.

In fact, some guy told me he wanted to set up a photo show
of my pics in Mexico City, but I haven’t heard from him for a while.
If someone else wants to do that, I’d be very into it.
Set it up, I’ll be there. Hook me up with some models there too.

10. - Finally, any crazy story you can share with us about your work.
Bob Coulter: I was shooting some model last year, that had
a very large Chinese character tattooed across her stomach.
I asked her what it said. She looked at me like I was nuts
and said “it’ doesn’t say anything… It’s Chinese.”
