1.-What have you learn of beauty, by constantly watching it?
Each girl has their own beauty, even if they have many 'flaws', the idea is to bring out what you sense is beautiful, and members will appreciate. So many times, members will see the same girl on FTV and on other sites, not recognize her and think it’s a 'less attractive model' on the other site. So every girl has the potential to be beautiful, if captured right. To do this, one needs to see her in natural light, bring her personality into focus, and in most cases, she will become more attractive behind the lens. The more self-confidence a girl has, along with comfort, helps in this as well.
2.-How do you do to keep every episode in balance,
sometimes the action is really intense?
Again, each girl is different, not all are sexually open or comfortable, even if they are doing such a thing as FTV. Since I tell the models to masturbate in their own way they do in personal life, avoiding my direction as much as possible, we see the perfect 'study' of women’s' masturbation in all forms. Not always the normal way with fingers or a vibrator. Of course, there is the fetish side - eg. Fisting, Unique Toys/Objects -- and some models are interested in trying them. The experience is usually one of enlightenment, whether or not they would do it off camera in the future.
3.-Please, tell us more about the intervention
of woman in the creativity behind FTV?
The woman's touch -- in keeping professional with the models -- there is no discomfort for a new model coming in, having to worry about the photographer touching them, or attempting to do more than just shoot them. The presence of another beautiful girl, who will assist in the shoots, or if anything, help the model out if she needs anything for the day. Along with keeping things tasteful, and never disrespecting the model in anyway. It also keeps the site soft-core, without any guys' involvement.
4.-Which where you main influences, in general,
to start and define FTV?
As for websites, I was a fan of Alsscan.com back in 1999, and wanted to create something that had more video than photo -- as members would prefer to entertain themselves on videos. I started shooting models for fun (masturbation videos) back before that time, and gained experience doing so over time. Knowing many other adult sites over those years 1998-2001, I saw what I liked and what I didn’t -- put the best of what I knew together to make FTV. I also worked in the fashion industry, and it’s no where as profitable as an adult site can be.

5.-Would you call FTV a positive-sex kind of site?
Yes -- at least in that a woman can be in touch with her body, and enjoy masturbation. There is nothing wrong with masturbating, even though it’s still a taboo with many people in this day and age. For a woman, an orgasm brings comfort, relaxation, and stress relief. No doubt it is safer than real sex-ha ha. On the public nudity side, with the U.S. being so conservative about nudity -- being naked is natural, and should not be ashamed.
6.-Which would the best advice be, to really get beautiful
woman working with you?
From what I described before -- being professional (as well as looking it) -- along with quality work, tasteful presentation, and a good reputation that only develops over time. FTV didn't start with girls applying every day, it only developed over the years, it’s presence was made more public.
7.-Which are the best-intense feelings that are
always in the set of FTV?
Comfortable surroundings, being a place that girls dream of (at least nowadays, beautiful houses, nice cars, quiet, relaxed atmosphere...). There is the fact of the model knowing that they are going to appear on the site the way they want it, and they have a lot of influence on how they get presented.
8.-It maybe funny, but fashion (girl’s clothes) plays a lot in FTV?
Absolutely, being from the fashion industry, I try (at least hope to try) to have the girls bring nice dresses, heels, modern fashion etc. to the shoot, instead of cheezy stripper or porn-ish material that they think guys will like. What is sexier than anything else -- to see a girl walking the mall, street, resort, etc. And see her in sexy, classy wear, then only later see her strip down do the things she does on FTV. So much hotter to tease and leave a little fantasy in the beginning, like we do in real life when we see beautiful, well dressed women.
9.-Which are your favorite records to work with?
Favorite records? I'm not sure what you mean -- Models or music? Ha ha ha
10.-If you define FTV with one world, it would be?
NATURAL.
