For more than 30 years Troma and Lloyd Kaufman had bring fun, horror and freedom of speech to the big screen and your own home. His message has always been clear: Make your own damn movie! And you better have fun doing it! No matter what, that kind of message it’s maybe the real reason that independent horror and subversive cinema has risen in the last 10 years in a very prolific way inside and outside The United States.

Lloyd and his beloved Troma have directed, produced and distributed hundreds of independent movies, from zombies to cannibals to Yetis to serial killers, always with a good vibe attitude and the spirit of rebellion and everlasting youth. In a way he is the ultimate American filmmaker, a hero who against all odds goes and makes his dreams come true, and that’s the capacity to say fuck you to the mainstream and get his movies done. Ah, it’s simply the most romantic history about movie making…. Fuck Yes!

Man, you can learn how to make things really happen if you listen to this guy!

So to learn more about him and the Troma Studio in general go to www.troma.com where you can find the complete catalog of this movie maniac and also the flicks he has helped the world to know. You can even get your Toxic Avenger kicks there (you know we love you Toxie), and of course don’t forget to visit www.poultrygeistmovie.com the latest from dear Lloyd.

This is Punk Rock cinema at its best
and like we said in Mexico: No Mamadas!
(No bullshit!)
